Based over eight weeks, we work hard to hit your goals and targets. The initial session costs $75 and includes a personalised eight-week training schedule and one 45 minute coaching session, after which each 45-minute session costs $40. There is the option for a discount if you purchase all eight sessions for $330, which includes eight one-on-one coaching sessions.

These sessions are where my other qualifications come into play. As an experienced personal trainer with a gym located in my home, it allows me to write strength and conditioning programs to further benefit you as a runner. These programs can aid with your running strength as well as injury prevention.
Strength and conditioning have been proven to assist runners in performance in so many ways, building a strong foundation for their progress and helping them with their passion for running.
Once we’ve discussed what you’re looking for, I will create a personalised program that best suits you and incorporates many aspects of strength and conditioning, together with muscular endurance, and explosive power. These are 1-hour sessions, priced at $55.00 per hour or there is the option for a discount if you purchase ten sessions at $525.00.

Outdoor circuit, or if the weather’s playing up in a hall. In the style of a circuit/boot camp, this will be a full-body workout which will be different each week. The aim is to improve general fitness and strength in a fun and energetic way, ensuring that you benefit from all aspects of the workout.

Tuesdays
These sessions are designed to improve your speed. If your goal is to hit the desired time or continuously improve your times and hit a new personal best, these sessions will be for you. Each week will be a different session to improve your speed and running technique, allowing your body to condition the cardiovascular system, build speed reserve and improve running pacing.
Rock Steady Core and
Stability Day
Mondays & Wednesdays
Core strength is one of the most critical but least focused training for runners. The core supports the upper body and aids balance and ensures the correct posture is kept, so I have designed a session to focus on core and stability. These sessions will change weekly, and each week we will ensure that all the core areas are covered.
Running Strength
Thursdays
The session aims to achieve a strong base of general fitness relevant to runners. These sessions will be varied, from hill sessions, team games, high-intensity workouts, and many more variations. These will be fun but challenging, and all will focus on building a more substantial base of fitness and strength for the participant.
